Meet Cade! The most handsome of all the Diamonds (as far as his foster is concerned). Cade ended up in an animal control shelter after being picked up as a stray. He was extremely underweight and covered in sores when Diamonds in the Ruff stepped in to help him. Cade's foster has had  him since Spring 2020 and he has turned out to be such an outstanding dog!

If you are looking for a pup to snuggle with, Cade is your man! His absolute favorite thing to do is to snuggle with his person. Cade is fully housebroken and has no problem being left alone during the day. He absolutely hates being in a crate and is allowed full run of his foster's house when she is not at home. He is fantastic about not having accidents or chewing on anything that he is not supposed to. Cade is also extremely people friendly and has not met a person he doesn't love! 

Cade has had basic leash training and loves to go for long walks; however, he is very low maintenance in the exercise department. If he goes a couple days without any major exercise he is completely content. When the weather is nice, he loves being outside and being able to roll in the grass. One of his favorite places in his foster's house is laying in the sun on the screened in porch. Cade also knows basic commands and is generally very obedient. He knows where "his chair" and "his bed" are and will go there if told. As far as sleep goes, Cade is a sleeper! He loves to sleep with you, but also will sleep in his own bed, sometimes he even prefers that. He is also like a teenage boy and will stay in bed long after his foster gets up. 

Cade's ideal home is one that is quiet and structured. He is good with children, however older/respectful children would be ideal as he could easily knock a small child over if he gets excited. A home without cats would be a good idea. Cade is also currently not dog friendly, however has shown promise that he could be with the proper training and socialization. Cade has also spent extensive time around horses and is fantastic around them. 

This smart, ridiculously loving, eager to please boy deserves an amazing forever home, is it with you?!
