He's had some loss in his life but his current foster has shown him that everything is gonna be A-OK. His owner passed away leaving Willie all alone.
Willie is house broken, crate trained, gets along with other cats and dogs...
He does not need a fenced yard as he does not like to stay outside any longer than it takes to "take care of business"
Willie is definitely a companion dog - giving as much love as he is receiving.
