Copper is a very smart little chihuahua. Even though born blind, he has perfect sense of smell and hearing. Copper would benefit in a home with another small dog to follow around. He currently is in foster with another chihuahua and listens for her bell on her collar to guide him. He is working on being potty trained and does go outside. Being blind does not slow this little guy down. He plays wonderfully with other dogs and doesn't mind young children holding him under adult supervision.
