Mowgli. Also called Mowgli Moo, Sir Mowgli, sweetheart, baby, and any other adoring adjective you can think of. Why is that? Because his foster Mom and Dad love him!!!
Mowgli came into DITR when the southern shelter he was at was "making room". He was immediately placed into foster to begin decompressing.
The first couple night his mom spent the time just going in and out of his room to give him a couple treats and help ease his tired soul. He has, without a doubt bonded with her. And with his dad, and with the children of the house.
Mowgli loves kids of all ages and he enjoys playing with other dogs. But he is way too interested in cats and his furever home should not have cats in it.
Mowgli is COMPLETELY housebroken and his foster family is working with him on basic commands. Sit is slowly being mastered. Stay and Place are being worked on.
Mowgli loves to run around the yard and play keep away with his toys. He is VERY food motivated which does make training him easy....
We can't understand why anyone would fail this sweet guy in the way they did. He loves his people. He loves to be pet and he loves to give kisses. When he's rolling around in the snow and grass you can just see how beautiful he is and how thankful he is to be alive!!!
