Meet Marlin. This half-stached, hopeless romantic is looking for his furever home. He'd enjoy a nice, comfy lap to curl on, or even an active playmate with a feather toy. He's a pretty versatile fella. Unfortunately, Marlin would not do well in a home with dogs, they tend to bring out a cranky side in him. He could adjust to other cats in the home with appropriate space and slow introduction. A little back story on Marlin: He was discovered under a bush in a neighborhood known for not being too friendly towards stray cats. After being easily caught and brought indoors.. He was taken to the vet through DitR. The vet initially suspected the improper use of a flea treatment for the chemical burns found on his shoulders. However, after a shave, it was discovered he'd somehow come into contact with a chemical that was spilled on him. He's been healing very well and is expected to make a full recovery in no time
