Noah was an owner surrender to a high kill shelter. He was covered in ticks and extremely emaciated. He was in such rough shape, he was scheduled for euthanasia the following day. (Last pic was his shelter intake pic). DITR saw him and knew we had to help him. It was a huge team effort but we finally got him back to NY. He is thriving and flourishing in his foster home. He's grateful to be alive and shows it with tons of kisses and the constant wagging of his tail. Noah has touched the hearts of many and now he's ready for a family to call his own.
