What size is Raven? She's "just right"... 44 pounds; not too big & not too small.

At just over 1 year old, she's already an expert cuddler; she will melt into you for the perfect cuddle.

She's a quick learner; highly food motivated (she takes treats with the softest mouth ever). She's good in the car & on leash and knows basic commands, although she cheats on "lay down" & goes right to "rollover", because belly rubs are her favorite!!! If you stop rubbing her belly too soon, she'll gently guide your hand back into place with her paw to encourage you to continue.

Raven loves her toys & alternates shaking the heck out of them with doing zoomies around the room, but her puppy power is soon replaced with calm play (even better if cuddles are involved).

Her "puppy intuition" tells her that If you leave stuff laying around, you don't want it anymore, so she'll help you out by chewing on it, lol...

She's good with other dogs & playfully curious with cats. Raven's good in her crate, but will always choose spending time with her people when given a choice.

**A sad note on Raven's back story.  Raven was found as a stray and brought to a shelter where she gave birth to a littler of puppies while heartworm positive.  A rescue stepped in and took her puppies but left her behind.  DITR could not stand to hear this and vowed to bring Raven to WNY and give her the forever that she deserved.  Her foster family is doing amazing with her.  We are amazed every day at her resilience and her willingness to love.  This sweet girl was handed a raw lemon and still found a way to make lemonade with her paws....  She TRULY deserves the best life has to offer!!!
