Picasso was found as a stray and never claimed. He has spent most of his life at the SPCA. He was not daring well so we decided to pull him and give him a chance. No one cared enough about him to ever show him anything. He needs some manners but we are confident that once someone spends time with him, they will see what a great boy he is. Picasso is a big sweetheart and loves to have fun. Please consider opening up your heart and your home to him. We are searching for a foster or better yet his forever home. Picasso is currently in boarding.
