Thelma is a special girl who came to us July 28th, 2017. She was born outside to a feral mom and wasn't captured until she was 4-5 months old.
Timid, shy, scared and shut down when she arrived we have watched her blossom. Thelma now adores people and wants nothing more than to be with you. She loves to go for walks, snuggle and play with other dogs (her size or larger). Fast movements and loud noises startle her so a home with older children would be best!
