Charlotte and Archie are a bonded pair looking for a forever home together. A reduced adoption fee of $125 for both of them is being offered.
These are not cats you will chase down and scoop up, they want to come to you when they feel comfortable with you. Once you gain their trust, they will follow you everywhere! They always want to be in the same room as you. Charlotte can be a lap cat when she deems you worthy, but both prefer to share the couch or recliner with you and lay next to you. And when they do, they purr so loud. The rewarding purr is worth the wait for them to come to you!
Charlotte and Archie are very independent, they can keep themselves entertained and love to play with toys themselves. Charlotte loves to chase balls or any toy that she can bat around! Archie loves Q-tips...he will sit by the closet every morning and wait for one! He grabs it in his claws, throws it in the air and chases after it! He is essentially playing fetch with himself lol!
They both know they exact sound of the laser pointer being picked up. It can wake them out of a dead sleep and they demand long play sessions with that confusing red light!
Charlotte loves being high up and looking out windows, while Archie prefers to be down low and napping on the couch or the bed. They both love boxes! Archie to crawl inside and Charlotte to be on top.
While they don't sleep together much anymore, they are still always in the same room as each other. They both love to wash each other as well. They are very attached and get extremely upset if they are in separate rooms and the door is closed so they can’t be together.
They are looking for a home together where their new human will understand that they need a little extra time to adjust and trust. They will always be somewhat skittish of lots of activity, so a calm home is best for them. They are perfectly happy both being home alone for most of the day while the human is at work.
They are about 3 years old. They have been combo tested, spayed/neutered, they are UTD on all shots.
