Francis was thrown out into a hallway of an apartment building when his owners moved out. Just left there to survive and figure it out on his own.
A nice neighbor made sure he had what he needed while she reached out for help and worked on a plan. Francis has been seen by the vet and neutered and is ready for a home.
This playful cat is only a little over a year in age. He is a very handsome grey and white cat with a mustache:). He loves his foster family, loves to play and purrs so loud you can hear it in the other room! He gets along with dogs, and is a bully to most cats.
