Banks was found multiple times running loose in a local city. He was kept outside 24/7 and routinely escaped from his backyard. Banks was in a situation where the landlord would not allow him inside.
Banks is a strong muscular guy who is looking for a great foster or forever home that is willing to continue working with him on his manners, behaviors and just basically learning how to be a dog! He is a happy, friendly, loving guy!
