Moira needs a caretaker or foster!

Moira is still a puppy, under a year old. She's had a rough first year. She's been bounced around a bit. Her last owner kept her in a small wire crate on the back porch with just a sheet thrown over it in the cold weather. They didn't want her. And when the neighbor asked them if he could take the dog from them, they just handed her over.
Moira has a lot of energy and wants to play all the time. She is a little hand shy but, I expect with a loving family, that will change soon. She has shown great body language with meeting a large dog. She has done well with the teenagers that come in and out. She does want to chase cats.
