DITR took this little 15 year old senior into foster a few days ago.   He was found chained up outside a home for over 4 hours during the below zero temps!!!   Scooby’s chain was wrapped around his paws and it was thought he wasn’t going to make it.     Scooby was removed from the premises with the help of the Sheriff’s Dept because they believed he was dead. 

Scooby’s owner was kind enough to have a beat up dog house outside his house with a sheet over it.  Scooby tried to bring the sheet into his little house for warmth.  He was found huddled in the corner shaking.  

Scooby saw our vet today and to top off the crap life he’s already had, he was diagnosed with testicular cancer.   His heart is in good shape so we are going to neuter him to decrease the cancer spread. 

Scooby LOVES everyone and everything.  He loves all the attention and TLC he is currently receiving.    We just bought him a few sweaters and a nice comfy bed!   

Scooby is in search for his special forever home.  One where he can spend the rest of his life like a king!  Is that home yours?
