Champ is a super goofy, very energetic, very playful and loving 1-year-old boy. He has been let down time and time again. His previous owner in SC ran over him with her car in the driveway on the way to work one morning and did not check on him until she got back home that evening.
They were unable to afford medical care so he was surrendered to a local shelter. Champ had TWO broken legs, the front and back left legs. They were both in casts and he was on crate rest for weeks. Both casts are off now and he has a tiny limp but he is healed physically. Mentally he CRAVES attention and loves playing with other dogs. He has been around cats and seems not to care about them as long as he has a doggie partner to romp around with.
Champ would do best in a home with another dog and/or kids to play with.
He will also snuggle you like the CHAMP he is! He needs patience, time and training as his previous owner did absolutely nothing to help him get thru his puppy habits. He is adorable, funny and looking for a best friend! Is that you?
