In May DITR received an email about 5 puppies that were surrendered to a local dog control officer. They had no where for these puppies to go and they did not want to send them to the SPCA. One of them did not make it through the night so we knew it was urgent to get them into a safe home and to the vet. All rescues they contacted were overflowing, including us, but we were able to find fosters for these beautiful babies and take them into our rescue.
When we first met Dakota we could tell she was the most outgoing one out of her siblings. She is working on her basic commands and knows sit and no already, she is easily trained. She loves to be cuddled and she is sleeping through the night too! Carrots are her favorite treat. Please fill out an application to meet Dakota!
