Meet Jeff! Jeff was found as a stray in Lima, but the shelter is almost positive he was dumped on the streets by his family. He is between 4-6 yrs old and is a Bull Mastiff. He is neutered, housebroken and extremely mellow. He is about 80 lbs of love! He gets along with most dogs and absolutely loves belly rubs and his stuffed toy.
