Atlas is a 2-year-old greyhound mix and is a big, goofy, love bug! His brindle coat and amber eyes are stunning! He weighs 65 pounds but thinks he’s a tiny lap dog. Atlas gets along great with other dogs and loves playing in the yard with them. His favorite thing to do is to carry around a stuffed animal and get the others to chase him! Atlas has an exuberant play style, so he'll need a play partner who will accept his energy. His foster mom sometimes needs to let him know when his foster fur-sister needs a break. He's a VERY active guy and needs daily exercise along with some training on manners. Once play and exercise time is over, Atlas loves to cuddle up with his people.

We have been working on crate training, and not jumping up on people and he’s getting the hang of it pretty quickly! He does love kids but because he jumps we recommend no small kids so that they don't get knocked over. He is super social and loves everyone he meets! Want a silly, cuddly, active dog? We are recommending no cats at this time because he wants to chase them around constantly and antagonize them.
