Apollo is a 7 month old black mouth cur mix. He is a sweet, happy puppy who LOVES to play with other dogs! He is active, but not hyper, like some dogs his age. He loves playing in the yard, but then is content to come inside and play with his toys; stuffed toys don't last very long though, lol. We have been working on potty training and crate training and he’s learning both very quickly. He has never met a dog he didn’t like, but he barks at and wants to chase cats. 

We don't know much about what this pup went through before we brought him into rescue, but he does have some resource (food, treats, chews) guarding with other dogs, so it's best to feed him and give him treats and/or chews seperatly from any other pets.  Thankfully, he doesn't feel the need to guard anything from people; even people he doesn't know can remove food, treats or toys from his space without issue.

Apollo loves people although he can be a little timid at first, but with slow introductions and lots of treats, he warms up in about five minutes! He is super sweet and happy, and will make a great family dog!
