She was nothing but skin and bones when she was rescued. After two surgeries to remove mammary tumors, heartworm treatment, and lots of TLC with her foster mom, Ellie got a clean bill of health from the vet! She is ready to find her furever! Her adoption fee has even been sponsored!
Ellie's foster mom says she is basically the perfect dog! She even goes with her to the quiet office where she works most days! Ellie has the biggest and most beautiful smile and loves people. She is wonderful on leash, loves walks, and gets compliments whenever she is out walking with her foster mom. Ellie loves car rides, is totally housebroken, and does well in and out of her crate. She is a BIG cuddler, loves affection, and is always ready to shower her people with kisses ❣️❣️❣️
Ellie would do best in a calm and relaxed home, preferably with a family who will treat her like a queen all day! She does get along with calm dogs and is friendly when she meets them on walks. Playful, hyper dogs are not for her. As always, a meet and greet with resident or frequently visiting dogs will be required.
