Miss Penelope was found as a stray and her owners never came looking for her. This young girl is very affectionate and eager to please! She wants to be with her humans and she is content being next to you and following you everywhere you go.
Penelope LOVES other dogs! In fact, maybe too much. She can be overzealous and her senior foster siblings don't always appreciate it. But she is good at accepting their corrections and never gets nasty even when they are nasty to her! LOL Penelope walks well on a leash when using a harness. She would love long, daily walks and yard playtime! She is young, curious and loves smelling everything! She knows sit and is learning her foster mom's routine quickly. She is smart and knows if she listens she gets a treat! She does get jumpy when she is excited so because of this kids 6+ would be best.
