Mark Twain is the cutest kitten. He is a purr machine. He loves when you scoop him up for snuggles. He came to us from a family cat that had babies in their home. They wanted him to find the perfect home and asked us to step in and now he in a foster home. This sweet boy just loves attention. He sleeps and snuggles his foster mom and dad. He also like to play with their feet to get some love.
When we took him to the vet he had a scab on his mouth. After seeing the vet is was found out that he had a Eosinophilic ulcer. They are commonly found in the upper lip and that's exactly the spot his was. It is not painful but he may need shots of steroids to help control the symptoms. Mark could need regular vet visits but he has been on an all poultry diet and he has not had any reoccurrence. He is doing great!
He is scheduled for his neuter and will get the last of his shots at that time.
