Maud is a very young and playful mother of 5 that was dumped by the side of the road along with her super social kittens and some food near Whispering River Rescue (a donkey rescue).  Obviously, a donkey rescue was not a good fit for this young family, and they reached out to us.  

Maud isn't much more than a kitten herself.  She's no more than a year and a half old and very playful.  She loves to bat and chase ping pong balls all over the floor and bip at anything dangling and swinging.  Giving chase to the laser is her favorite pastime

She's quite funny with other cats. In the beginning I wasn't sure if she needed to be an only cat.  She would growl at any that come near.  Yet, she sleeps curled up with one.  Runs and romps with the other - after a few weeks all the growling stopped.  After she gets comfortable in her surroundings, she truly does well with any cat that comes in the home.    

She currently resides with 2 large dogs, over 80lbs a piece.  She doesn't bother them, and they don't bother her.  

She's a small cat growing some curves since she's been spayed.  She prefers to graze at the hard food throughout the day.  She won't come running at a specific mealtime but will enjoy a few licks of canned food if you bring it to her.  

Maud is combo tested negative, fully vaccinated and spayed.
