JOEY is the sweetest goofball you can imagine! Joey was found by a good samaritan and he is SOOOO grateful to be found and loved by his people.
Joey is super-friendly and wants so badly to make you happy. He is learning basic commands and is an incredibly smart and quick learner. He is also doing great with house-training with very few accidents. Joey is a high-energy guy who needs someone willing to walk or run with him and take him on lots of outdoor adventures.
He's a bigger dude - around 60 lbs -- and is still working on leash manners, so will require someone with enough strength to handle. But once he's done with his activities, he loves nothing more than curling into a little ball and snuggling in your lap. He craves physical affection and love, and will need someone with lots of love to give!
Joey is great with other dogs and LOVES to play, but knows when to back off if another dog isn't as high-energy as he is. Joey is currently working with a trainer, trying to become his best self, and anyone who adopts him must be willing to continue training to help him on his journey.
