Pearl/Sadie is about 54 lbs now, she was very thin when she first came in. 

She is very chill, sweet, & low maintenance. She walks great on leash but pulls a little at first because she's excited, loves going for walks!!! She loves car rides. She is 100% potty-trained. She loves to cuddle but she's not clingy. She is very well-behaved and knows "no".

She never really played with toys until her foster's grandpuppy came to visit, but she enjoys them now! She Prefers to sleep & lounge. She loves treats and takes very gently/snorts like a piggy. She gets excited when you baby talk & hops like a bunny with her front legs. 

We believe she may have been kept in a crate or left alone in a small space for long periods of time before she came into rescue. She likes to be with her people and does not like being crated; thankfully, she's not destructive when she's left out!

We believe she'll gain confidence once she has a routine and knows her person is always coming back. When she's in the main part of the house (large area), she is totally fine (even alone). She doesn't whine or chew on anything she isn't supposed to, just sleeps.

She's terrified of  loud noises, especially fireworks. She gets along with other dogs, but no cats for this girl.

Her poor tail is broken in 3 places but it doesn't seem to bother her, she still wags it non stop.
