Foster or Forever needed.. This sweetheart is Jasper! Sadly, he came into rescue with a heartbreaking past. He was abused by one individual in his previous home and was taken to the ER for treatment & surrendered for his safety.
He has left that all in the past and he has been doing great in foster care. Great with other dogs, older respectful kids (13 yrs & older), men and women. He is a sweetie that everyone loves! Really just an energetic puppy.
