Luigi is a 6-8 month old Shepherd mix. He was found wandering around the village of Lewiston. When no one came forward to claim him, he was then adopted out to a nice family with two other dogs. Unfortunately, those other dogs didn't like Luigi too much, and he was returned. The Lewiston Animal Control Officer contacted us, and that is when we fell in love with this little boy. Luigi is pretty much a perfect puppy. He gets along fantastic with other dogs, AND cats. He also loves to play with kids, and is quite gentle with them. Our baby Luigi is also a smarty pants. He has only been in our rescue for a couple of days and already he has learned to sit, and working on stay. Unlike most puppies, Luigi is NOT a chewer, unless of course he is chewing on one of his toys. He is also a superb snuggler. He will lay with you for hours and cuddle. Luigi doesn't bark much, but when he does, it makes you wonder what he is mixed with. He has a bit of a hound bark (not a howl).
