Sebastian was surrendered, along with his Mom, and 4 siblings, by a family who could no longer care for him. He has been in a crate for a a lot of his short life, and is just starting to discover what a great world it is in his foster home! His Mom is on the small side, weighing about 30 pounds and Sebastian was the smallest of the litter, currently weighing only 5 pounds. He would love a family to show him what a great life he can have!
