Cooper was surrendered, along with his Mom, and 4 siblings, by a family who could no longer care for him. He has been in a crate for a a lot of his short life, and is just starting to discover what a great world it is in his foster home! His Mom and dad are both on the small side, weighing about 30 pounds and Cooper will probably be about the same.He would love a family to show him what a great life he can have!
