Allie is a 1-2 year old Pit Bull mix, and is a 40lb lovebug who thinks her main purpose in life is to snuggle with her human.
She loves to lay beside you on the couch, sharing popcorn with you while you scratch her ears, rub her belly, and enjoy a great movie.
Allie has been around kids, and LOVES them. She is gentle, and friendly, and reponds to her name when called.
Allie has only briefly been around other dogs/cats while in our care, so we aren't sure how she is with them. Anyone interested in adopting would have to do a meet and greet with any current pets they have.
Allie came to DITR from death row at a Cleveland animal shelter. She came to us heartworm positive and is currently undergoing heartworm treatment. Once she has finished her treatment she will be available for adoption.
