This little Tiger was not being cared for properly by his owner and was left outside a large amount of time, so a neighbor stepped in and called us. He was surrendered to us and has gone into a foster home with other dogs and kids, and has just done great. He is a mellow guy who loves everything (well, except the crate, but he is learning)!
