Roscoe was rescued from a shelter in Kentucky due to overcrowding. From his ride up here to his participation in an adoption event, he has been described as nothing less than a ham and a gentleman. At a recent adoption event, here is how his handler described him: "After the initial "I'm out of the kennel" happy dance wore off, he was like I would have expected my own dog to behave. But what about at an event with other dogs and people? Well, he earned the title of "good dog" well. Got along with everyone - human, canine, feline, young, old, male, female, and kids could look him in the eye. Never aggressive or scared, just friendly, loving, and of course, the tounge was always out and the tail wagging.
