Rocky is a young purebred Shar-Pei, who came from a puppy mill in Ohio.  Rocky had some bad luck during a trial run with a potential family - he got away and was hit by a car.  He will have surgery soon to repair his injuries but will be good as new! 
He is a little shy, but once he gets to know you he will be your best friend.  He doesn't require much care and has very good manners.
He is currenly in foster with a very big dog and a little dog and loves them both very much.  He also lives with a 3 year old little boy and is very patient with him, even when he hugs him tight. 
He is getting very good at leash walking and would love a fenced in yard to run in. 
If you are looking for a squishy faced BFF, Rocky is your guy!
