Hello! I'd like you to meet Mr. Morris - or just Morris, no reason for formalities.  Morris is an amazing guy in search of his forever home! He is what I like to refer to as an "All American Cat". He is so versatile in the type of home he would do best in, it's hard to imagine he doesn't have his forever home already!

Is Morris a cuddler? Absolutely! He loves to kick back and relax and watch the latest episode of your favorite show and just enjoy some good old fashioned affection! How about playful? Is Morris a "playful" kind of cat? Is he ever! He loves jingly toys, feathery toys, cat-nippy toys and more!
In his free time of being the world's most awesome feline, Morris enjoys practicing his kitty yoga and taking nice long cat naps. He is also a skilled chatterbox!

Now, some guys out there may not be too fond of the feline variety. Well, Morris has you covered there, too! If not for the pointy ears and whiskers, some could mistake Morris' aloof personality to be almost canine! He's a rough and tumble boy who has no issues with getting his paws dirty - should the need arise, of course.

Now, Morris is a super sweet and special boy with a very loving and patient personality, but there is one very important thing that needs to be said about this cool cat. Morris has been diagnosed FeLV+. Now, you might be wondering what that means (for those not familiar with this diagnoses). Until recently, FeLV (Feline Leukemia) was widely under-studied. In today's day and age, FeLV is now known to NOT be a death sentence for these fur babies. The biggest differences between themselves and a non FeLV cat is that it is recommended they are kept in one cat households (or with cats also diagnosed with FeLV) and that they see a vet for a well visit every 6 months rather than once a year. Aside from that, these cats have the potential to live full, non-symptomatic lives like any other. There is a wide variety of information regarding FeLV available through your own veterinarian, or on various scientifically accredited web sites.

Morris currently resides with his two foster sisters , foster brother (all FeLV+), and his foster dog-sister.  However, he'd love to become a part of your family and have that furever feeling every pet deserves! Please consider offering that chance to Morris, and remember: Adopting one cat may not change the world, but for that one cat the world will change.
