Walter was picked up as a stray with his friend Lewis; they are a bonded pair and need to be fostered and adopted together. They both had collars on and Walter still had his leash attached. Sadly, their owners never came to get them.
Walter had mange on his back end and has received the medical care needed to get healthy and happy! We are still getting to know Walter and will update his bio as we learn about him.
